• A discount of 5,000 CFA per CBM applies from 10 CBM.
• Whatever the volume, minimum charge is 5,000 CFA per shipment.

Payment conditions before loading

For shipments above 1 CBM and some specific cargo, an advance payment of about 40% (sometimes full amount) may be required before loading. This advance is usually paid at Cotonou office and validates the loading.

Estimated transit times

Containers are loaded at least twice per month. Typical transit time to Cotonou is around 55–70 days from the loading date. Exceptional situations (shipping delays, customs, external events) may extend these times.

Pickup deadlines & storage

• Parcels should be collected within about 15 days after notification of arrival at destination.
• After this delay, warehouse storage fees of about 500 CFA per day may apply.
• If a parcel stays in our warehouse for more than 3 months, it may be handed to a bailiff for auction so the company can recover transport and customs costs.

Fragile cargo & responsibility

For fragile items (glass, breakable goods…), suppliers must pack and protect the parcels properly (wooden crates, strong padding). Because we operate groupage, the company cannot be held responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
